Responsibilities

  • Mount units by stepping up and down ranging on multiple steps 9" to 19" in height
  • Load and unload cargo and move them to the appropriate storage area
  • Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment
  • Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
  • Daily Inspection reports

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience working with heavy machinery
  • Knows how to operate a mini-excavator and a skid steer
  • Flexibility is required to sit properly to operate in the correct manner
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Able to use minor tools and grease guns to maintain equipment / able to read a blueprint or stake markers
  • Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
  • Strong work ethic and ability to lift 50+ pounds
