Electrical
Helper / Laborer
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Digging, trenching, Installing conduit, and pulling wire
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to maintain and operate motor vehicle
- Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment
- Able to climb, stoop, kneel, squat
- Maintain truck in orderly fashion

Experienced
Electrician
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in electrical trade
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, electrical equiptment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Clean driving record
- Equipment Operating prefered
- Willing to travel a plus

Equipment
Operator
Responsibilities
- Mount units by stepping up and down ranging on multiple steps 9" to 19" in height
- Load and unload cargo and move them to the appropriate storage area
- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
- Daily Inspection reports
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with heavy machinery
- Knows how to operate a mini-excavator and a skid steer
- Flexibility is required to sit properly to operate in the correct manner
- High school education or equivalent
- Able to use minor tools and grease guns to maintain equipment / able to read a blueprint or stake markers
- Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
- Strong work ethic and ability to lift 50+ pounds

Project
Manager
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop full scale project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budget
- Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide team direction
- Negotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope of Work in a timely manner
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Manage project budget and participate in monthly review meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with large commercial or site development projects valued at or above $300k
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus
- Underground utility experience a plus

Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to understand the scope of the project
- Manage the budget
- Oversee vendor management and material sourcing
- Monitor onsite safety and OSHA requirements
- Ensure the crews progress efficiently to meet deadlines Electrical Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial or large site development projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Equipment operating experience a plus
- Underground utility experience a plus
- Journeymen or Electrician license a plus
