Electrical Service Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serves as technical support and quality assurance of all field personnel.
  • Must be able to effectively work with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
  • Ensure quality work is completed in the field.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick , accurate repairs, and installation.
  • Oversee daily Service and Installation schedules.
  • Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings.
  • Evaluates workload and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
  • Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years electrical
  • Proven success in managing/leading a team in a business environment. Min 3 years.
  • Successful history of building teams with direct responsibility for hiring/terminating employees.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes.
  • Clean, safe driving record.
